Do I Have to Pay a Buyer's Agent Commission if I Find my Own Buyer?

No. No additional fees or commissions are paid if you find your own buyer. You can cancel your Flat Fee Listing anytime.

Do I Have To Pay A Buyer's Agent Commissions?

Yes. If a Buyer’s agent sees your listing on the MLS and brings a buyer you must pay the buyer’s agent a commission if you accept the offer.

The commission you’re willing to pay must be stated on your MLS listing details. We recommend that you offer a commission between 2% – 3% because your listing will be competing with other listings for agent’s attention.

Do I Have To Pay A Seller's Agent Commissions?

No, not with an Arizona Flat Fee MLS Listing. You just pay as little as $199 to get the MLS exposure for your property.

What Happens After Submitting Your Online Order.

The listing agreement forms and addendum will be emailed to you once we receive your order, through Docusign. Once your signed documents, your online form with your photographs, and payment are submitted to us, your property will be listed in the MLS with 3 business days. All other websites, including REALTOR.com® will post your listing within 1-5 business days. Changes to an MLS listing are handled in the same fashion. All changes to your listing must be done online to your account, we do accept email changes

What Telephone Number Will People Call for a Showing?

You will be contacted directly by all agents with buyers who would be interested in seeing your home. The MLS requires to show our office information, but agents will be instructed to call you before they show your property. If agents, they will be referred to you. According to MLS public websites are not permitted to show the owner’s name or phone number. This MLS rule applies to all companies that are members of the MLS.

When you accept an offer on your property you must notify us within 24 hours by email forwarding all contractual documents you have signed to the listing brokerage.

The failure to do so may result in a fine by the MLS, which will be charged directly to you. Listing Brokerage may also impose fines for non-compliance.

How Can The MLS Help Sell My Home?

On an hourly basis real estate agents look on the MLS for new listings as they have qualified buyers ready to purchase a home. The majority of all buyers are represented by a real estate agent because it’s completely free to them. And a real estate agents will always start their search on the MLS.
